Our hibiscus drinks are made from water, hibiscus flowers, mint, organic herbs and fruits, and organic cane sugar. Our ginger drinks are made from organic ginger juice combined with an organic fruit juice (apple or pineapple, depending on the flavor). No additives, no artificial preservatives.
Do Lena's juices contain added sugar?
Our Hibiscus recipes contain a measured amount of organic cane sugar, with no
refined sugar or artificial sweeteners. The exact values are
listed on each product page.
Our Ginger recipes contain no added sugar: the ginger is sweetened by the natural fruit juices it is combined with (pineapple, apple).
Are the juices certified organic?

What are hibiscus and ginger in LENA'S recipes?
Hibiscus (bissap) is a traditional West African drink made from hibiscus flowers. LENA'S recipes are inspired by the Senegalese recipes of its founder's childhood.
Ginger is a root with a spicy flavor. In our recipes, it is combined with an organic fruit juice (apple or pineapple) or offered pure in our Gember Intens.

What are the delivery times?
Your orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery is free from €69
of purchase in mainland France, and from €80 for the rest of the European
Union. Below these thresholds, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery

How can I track my order?
A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to you as soon as
your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for any
change or cancellation. After that, the order is generally
already being prepared.

Because our products are food items, returns are only
accepted for damaged or incorrect products. Contact us
within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the product concerned.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

refund as soon as possible.

How should I store Lena's juices?
Before opening, store the bottles away from light and
heat (1 year, see the best-before date on the label).
After opening, refrigerate and consume within 7 days, except Gember Intens, which keeps for 21 days thanks to its higher concentration.
Can the juices be frozen?
Yes, our juices freeze very well, particularly as ice cubes for
your cocktails. Be careful not to fill the container to the brim before
freezing.
